When something that was once considered not worth saving suddenly finds worth again, we call it reclaimed.
I know all about being reclaimed- and about reclaiming that which is lost. It is a common theme that runs through my life- one established in poverty, where I was raised without a mother after a tragic event took her life. It was a life that turned from education and opportunity into drugs and crime, and finally a life behind bars. But I also know firsthand of what it means to be called to a purpose…to turn everything around…and to have life and all its opportunities restored once again through God’s grace and favor.
Reclaimed: A Story of Second Chances is simply my story, told through my own words, and through my own eyes. It is a story of what can happen when we decide to accept God’s calling on our life – and the miracles that can happen when we do. It is a story of my own reclamation, redemption, and restoration – and one that I hope will speak to you in a unique way as you walk your own steps in life.
