Join Stacey Campbell, CEO Prison Fellowship Canada
Restorative justice takes brokenness and works to make it whole. Only when individuals are restored and healed can the cycle of crime end.
Restorative Justice programs inside prison can be difficult. Some of the top reasons for this are the pressure on the incarcerated to conform, finding a safe place to talk about crime, having enough self-awareness to do the inner work required and balancing restorative processes in a punitive environment. In order for the incarcerated to benefit from the restorative process it must be a voluntary effort in a safe space where gaps in empathy and understanding of oneself can be explored. This workshop outlines a number of discussions that can be explored with the incarcerated and tools that help guide the process so that they can have the best posture possible when meeting with victims, surrogate victims or community members to have important discussions about their crime.

CEO Prison Fellowship, Canada
Stacey Campbell spent 25 years in marketing before embarking on a new direction. What began as a volunteer role quickly emerged as a passion that drew her to make significant commitments to prison ministry. Stacey joined the Prison Fellowship Canada team full time in 2012. In 2013 she graduated with a Master of Divinity degree focusing on Missional Leadership. Shortly after that, in the same year she began her role as Executive Director and CEO bringing together both her business and ministry skills sets. Stacey has a deep and abiding faith in Jesus Christ.
In addition to her executive duties Stacey continues to work hands-on in the PFC national ministry of reconciliation with ‘the least of these’ and practices a Biblical approach to transformation, justice, restoration and prevention based on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. Her current work includes working weekly alongside prisoners, ex-prisoners, and victims.
